Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- boiling water - 3 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- washed uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- orange juice to taste - 1 item
How to make rice pudding:
Bring rice, water and salt to boil. Simmer until rice is done, about 15 minutes. Take off heat and stir in milk and raisins. Beat eggs and gradually add to rice mixture. Stir briskly.
