  • milk - 2 qt
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • raisins optional - 1 item
  • rice, uncooked - 1 c
  • vanilla optional - 1 item

How to make rice pudding:

Add rice, sugar and salt in large cooking pot. Add milk, bring to boil then simmer until rice is tender. Stir often. Beat eggs and add the cup of milk to it. Add rice mixture, bring to boil again and remove from heat immediately. Pour into large bow
