  • butter - 3/4 c
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
  • rice - 2 c
  • cans water - 2 item
  • cans beef consomme - 3 item
  • to 8 green onions, chopped - 6 item

How to make rice pilaf:

Saute rice in butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook until tender; add consomme and water. Stir well in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
