Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3/4 c
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
- rice - 2 c
- cans water - 2 item
- cans beef consomme - 3 item
- to 8 green onions, chopped - 6 item
How to make rice pilaf:
Saute rice in butter in large skillet. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook until tender; add consomme and water. Stir well in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Long Grain rice.
