Carrot souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- soft butter - 2 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- crushed walnuts - 1/4 c
- carrots, peeled, cooked until soft and drained - 1 lb
How to make carrot souffle:
Topping:1/2 c. crushed corn flakes1/4 c. crushed walnuts3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 tsp. soft butter Grease 1 1/2-quart souffle dish. Place carrots and all in blender. Pour into souffle dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on topping. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.Topping: Mix all together.
