Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • soft butter - 2 tsp
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • crushed corn flakes
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • crushed walnuts - 1/4 c
  • carrots, peeled, cooked until soft and drained - 1 lb

How to make carrot souffle:

Topping:1/2 c. crushed corn flakes1/4 c. crushed walnuts3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 tsp. soft butter Grease 1 1/2-quart souffle dish. Place carrots and all in blender. Pour into souffle dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on topping. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.

Topping: Mix all together.
