Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- onion salt - 3/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- uncooked brown rice - 1 c
- few dashes of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
How to make rice cakes:
Cook rice. Combine ingredients. Heat greased griddle to 400°. Drop by 1/2 cupful onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are light brown. Turn and cook 2 more minutes.Recipe categories: Rice, White rice, Short Grain rice.
