Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- finely chopped parsley - 3/4 c
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- cooked rice - 4 c
- grated cheese strong - 1 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
How to make green rice:
Beat 2 eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place these ingredients in a baking dish (or ring mold) which has been well-greased with 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake in moderate oven at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
