Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- uncooked rice
- carrots, cut in long thin strips - 3 item
How to make fried rice:
Cook rice in 1 teaspoon salt and 3 cups water. When nearly done, brown hamburger, drain fat and add carrots, onion, salt and pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.In separate skillet, heat oil. Add mixture of egg, milk and salt. When firm, turn like a large pancake. When cooked, cut into thin strips. Add to rice along with meat and vegetables. Serve with soy sauce.
