Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • uncooked rice
  • carrots, cut in long thin strips - 3 item

How to make fried rice:

Cook rice in 1 teaspoon salt and 3 cups water. When nearly done, brown hamburger, drain fat and add carrots, onion, salt and pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.

In separate skillet, heat oil. Add mixture of egg, milk and salt. When firm, turn like a large pancake. When cooked, cut into thin strips. Add to rice along with meat and vegetables. Serve with soy sauce.
