Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- rice - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- chopped, cooked fresh broccoli - 2 c
How to make green rice:
Cook rice as usual. Set aside. Cook and drain broccoli. Combine rice and broccoli; add remaining ingredients and season. Bake in buttered 2 quart casserole for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
