Rice pilaf
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1/2 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- white rice - 1 c
- can drained mushrooms - 1 oz
- can beef bouillon soup - 1 item
How to make rice pilaf:
Melt margarine. Saute onion and green pepper. Take off heat and add mushrooms, rice and soups in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Long Grain rice.
