- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- softened butter
- rhubarb - 3 c
- 9-inch pie crust
How to make rhubarb torte:
Filling:1 1/2 c. sugar3 c. rhubarb3 eggs3 Tbsp. flour Topping:1/2 c. softened butter1/2 c. brown sugar3/4 c. flour Filling: Beat eggs and then mix all together. Pour into crust.Topping: Is like a crunch. Roll together until like cornmeal texture. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
