Rhubarb nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 2/3 c
- sour milk - 1 c
- diced fresh rhubarb
How to make rhubarb nut bread:
Beat together brown sugar, oil and egg. Mix baking soda, salt, vanilla and sour milk. Add to first mixture. Add flour, rhubarb and nuts.Pour into two greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.
