Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- melted oleo
- rhubarb, cut fine
How to make rhubarb muffins:
Topping:1 Tbsp. melted oleo1/3 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Combine brown sugar, egg, oil and vanilla. Beat well and add buttermilk. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt and add to other ingredients. Add rhubarb and nuts. Sprinkle toppRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
