Rhubarb marmalade
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- water - 1 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 orange
- fruit pectin - 3 pkg
- coarsely cut rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb marmalade:
Combine juices and water with rhubarb. Bring to a boil and add pectin. Stir until pectin is dissolved and add the sugar. Boil gently for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Fruit, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
