Rhubarb marmalade

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• water - 1 c
• juice of 1 lemon
• juice of 1 orange
• fruit pectin - 3 pkg
• coarsely cut rhubarb - 4 c

How to make rhubarb marmalade:

Combine juices and water with rhubarb. Bring to a boil and add pectin. Stir until pectin is dissolved and add the sugar. Boil gently for 5 minutes.
