Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- small box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
- rhubarb, cut up - 5 c
How to make rhubarb jam:
Put cut rhubarb in 2-quart pan. Pour sugar over it and let stand until juice forms. Cook and bring to a boil. Time for 11 minutes. Stir while cooking. Take off heat and pour in Jell-O. Stir and pour in jars. Cover jars with lids. Cool. Keep in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jams and preserves.
