- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1 c
- rhubarb
How to make rhubarb coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix first 7 ingredients together, then fold in cut-up rhubarb. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle topping over the batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Coffee cakes.
