Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/3 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- rhubarb, cut into fine pieces
How to make rhubarb cake:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. cinnamon1/3 c. chopped nuts Combine topping ingredients.Baking Temperature: 350°. Baking Time: 45 to 50 minutes.
Combine ingredients for cake. Add rhubarb to batter. Top with topping. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Our whole family enjoys rhubarb. This is one of our favorite cakes.
