Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/3 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • rhubarb, cut into fine pieces

How to make rhubarb cake:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. cinnamon1/3 c. chopped nuts Combine topping ingredients.

Baking Temperature: 350°. Baking Time: 45 to 50 minutes.

Combine ingredients for cake. Add rhubarb to batter. Top with topping. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

Our whole family enjoys rhubarb. This is one of our favorite cakes.
