Ingredients/Components

- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- ground beef
- sauerkraut, drained - 1 (4
- creamy Russian dressing - 1/2 c
- Swiss cheese or Mozzarella, shredded
- caraway rye bread crumbs, dried
How to make reuben roll:
Combine beef, onion, Worcestershire, Russian dressing, salt, egg, pepper and Russian dressing. Mix well. Roll out jelly roll fashion. In 1/2 of beef mixture add a layer of cheese and layer of sauerkraut. Place the other 1/2 of beef mixture over cheese and kraut. Best to roll on foil, then lift the foil to place beef over the filling. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, 1/2 time reduce to 300°. Do not overbake.Recipe categories: Breads, Cheese, Main dish.
