Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese
- sauerkraut, drained - 16 oz
- Thousand Island dressing - 1/2 c
- frozen bread dough, thawed - 1 lb
- finely chopped corned beef - 4 oz
How to make reuben roll:
Preheat oven to 375°. Roll out dough to approximately 36 x 7-inch. Combine sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, corned beef and dressing. Spread mixture down center strip (lengthwise).Pull edges to center and pinch together to seal. Place roll in a baking dish. Brush melted butter over top and sprinkle caraway seed. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and serve.
