Reuben casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 4 Tbsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- sauerkraut - 1 qt
- cans cream of chicken or celery soup - 2 item
- cooked noodles - 8 oz
- cans corned beef - 2 oz
- rye bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make reuben casserole:
Mix together chicken or celery soup, oleo, milk and prepared mustard. Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan. Drain sauerkraut and noodles. Layer in pan. Pour top mixture over top, then layer chopped onions, corned beef and cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Cover.
