Polish reuben casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 2 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- whole wheat bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- cans sauerkraut, rinsed and drained - 2 oz
How to make polish reuben casserole:
Combine soup, milk, onion and mustard in medium bowl; blend well. Spread sauerkraut in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with uncooked noodles. Spoon soup mixture evenly over top.
