Refried bean dip
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- corn chips - 1 item
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- can refried beans - 1 lb
- can Ortega diced green chiles - 1 oz
- chopped green onions or 1 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- can Ortega taco sauce * - 1 oz
How to make refried bean dip:
Mix all ingredients except corn chips in small pan. Cook over low heat, stirring until heated. Keep warm in chafing dish. Serve with corn chips. Makes approximately 3 cups.*Note: Ortega green chile salsa may be substituted if taco sauce is not available. Easy to make, fast and inexpensive.
