  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • raw apples, grated

How to make raw apple cake:

Beat sugar, butter and egg until creamy. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.

This can be used also for Christmas fruit cake.
