Velveeta fudge

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• butter - 1 lb
• confectioners sugar - 4 lb
• cocoa powder - 1 c
• Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces - 1 lb

How to make velveeta fudge:

To prepare, melt butter and cheese over low heat, stirring often. Sift together sugar and cocoa; pour cheese mixture over dry ingredients. Mix with heavy duty mixer or by hand. Add vanilla and nuts; mix well. Pour into a 15 x 10-inch pan. Chill; cut into pieces. Makes 5 pounds.
