- coarsely broken walnuts - 1 c
How to make rocky road candy:
In a 2-quart saucepan, slowly melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Remove from heat; beat until smooth. Stir in marshmallows. Spread in a buttered pan. Chill. Makes 2 pounds.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Candy.
