Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- chopped walnuts or pecans - 1 c
- diced apples - 4 c
How to make raw apple cake:
In bowl, put apples, sugar, oil, eggs, walnuts, cinnamon, soda and salt; stir to mix well. Add flour, small amounts at a time, stir each time. After mixed well, put in oiled baking pan. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
