Ingredients/Components
- ground meat, cooked may use beef, pork, veal or chicken - 2 c
- chopped spinach, well drained - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley - 2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- flour
- eggs - 3 item
- water - 1/3 c
- oil
How to make ravioli:
Noodle Dough:4 c. flour1 tsp. salt3 eggs1/3 c. water ___ tsp. oil Mix filling ingredients with hands. If too dry, add another egg.Sift flour and salt together on board. Make a well; add eggs. Mix together; work in 1/3 cup water and oil. Knead into a smooth ball. Let stand 10 minutes under cover. Divide in half, roll out into a circle. Put filling on noodle dough, cover with other piece of dough. Cut in 1 x 2-inch pieces. Use a thick heavy plate to make indentations and cut with a knife. Cook in chicken broth or salt water. Cook about 2 cups at a time. Ravioli are done when they float to the top. Use favorite spaghetti sauce and lots of cheese. My family's favorite meal.
