Raspberry pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
• water - 1 c
• light corn syrup - 3 Tbsp
• prepared pie crust, baked - 1 item
• or more fresh raspberries - 2 pt
• dry raspberry flavored gelatin - 3 Tbsp

How to make raspberry pie:

Boil sugar, corn syrup, water and cornstarch until thick, the add raspberry flavored gelatin. Into the prepared pie crust, place raspberries. Pour the thickened glaze over the berries. Chill well. Serve topped with lots of whipped cream.

Note: Can also be used for making strawberry pie.
