  • frozen raspberries - 1 pkg
  • small box raspberry jello - 1 item
  • jar applesauce unsweetened - 1 oz

How to make raspberry mold:

Heat applesauce until it bubbles. Add package of jello (no water) and stir until dissolved. Add raspberries, including syrup. Pour into 3 1/2 cup mold and refrigerate until set. Can easily be doubled or tripled. Can also be made sugar-free by using D-Zerta and frozen raspberries with no sugar added. When serving, sour cream or small curd cottage cheese can be used in center if ring mold is used.
