  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
  • canned pumpkin - 1/2 c
  • gingersnaps - 1 c
  • vanilla instant pudding - 1 pkg
  • ready-made graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • Cool Whip topping
  • cold half and half milk

How to make pumpkin pie:

Step 1: Pour milk in a large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire beater until well blended.

Step 2: Fold in Cool Whip, crushed gingersnaps and remaining ingredients. Spoon in crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Remove from freezer and let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
