Ranch potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- or 6 medium potatoes - 5 item
- original Ranch dressing - 1 c
How to make ranch potato casserole:
Wash potatoes and parboil until nearly done, but slightly firm. Can leave skins on. Melt oleo and put into 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick. Put in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Optional: Ten minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
