  • milk - 1 c
  • large eggs - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 1/2
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 2 c
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 1/4

How to make quick taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Spoon into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired.
