Quick taco bake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 lg
• milk - 1 c
• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
• tomato sauce - 1 can
• whole kernel corn, drained - 1 can
• ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
• envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item
• Bisquick Original or Reduced Fat baking mix - 2 c

How to make quick taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Brown ground meat and onion; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over meat mixture.

Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired. Makes 8-10 servings.
