  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can whole corn - 1 oz
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • large eggs - 2 item

How to make quick taco bake:

Brown hamburger and onion (drained). Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and whole corn. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese. Stir Bisquick (reduced fat or regular) baking mix, milk and eggs together. Blend well and pour over beef mixture.

Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired. Makes 8 to 10 portions.
