- pkg - 1 oz
- corn flakes - 1 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 1
How to make quick scalloped potatoes:
Mix well the hash browns, 1 cup flakes, sour cream, onion and mushroom soup. Place in greased baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes, then 1/2 cup melted butter poured over, then 1/2 to 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375° for 30Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
