Quick peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- box white cake mix - 9 oz
- cinnamon sugar - 3 Tbsp
- large can peaches do not drain! - 1 item
How to make quick peach cobbler:
Pour peaches into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top of the peaches (do not stir; this is the crust!), covering well. You may not need the entire box. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the top and then follow with the melted butter. Cook at 325° for about 45 minutes or until the top browns.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Cobblers and crisps.
