Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
- carton whipping cream - 1 item
How to make blueberry crunch:
Spread pie filling in bottom of a 9-inch square pan; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix, nuts and melted butter. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Top with whipped cream to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Blueberries.
