Quick peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- margarine or butter - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- sliced fresh peaches - 4 c
- sugar, divided - 2 c
How to make quick peach cobbler:
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk. Mix well. Pour over melted butter. Do not stir. Combine peaches and remaining 1 cup sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil. Pour over batter; do not stir. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until browned. Yield: Approximately 10 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Cobblers and crisps.
