- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- burrito shells - 1 pkg
- large jar picante sauce - 1 item
- cans chicken or deboned, cooked chicken, cut in strips - 2 item
How to make quick chicken enchiladas:
Warm shells slightly to prevent cracking. In each shell, place chicken, a sprinkling of cheese and 1 tablespoon picante sauce. Roll and place in greased baking dish. Continue with each roll. Pour remaining picante sauce and spread cheese evenly over dish. Bake at 400° until cheese is bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Weeknight, Beginner cook.
