Ingredients/Components

  • half and half - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • lean ground beef - 1 lb
  • spaghetti sauce - 3/4 c
  • rosemary - 1/2 tsp
  • crushed garlic cloves - 3 item
  • brown gravy - 3/4 c
  • grated cheese for topping - 1 item
  • short pasta tubes - 3/4 lb

How to make quick baked pasta:

Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Heat a large frying pan and add oil, beef and garlic. Saute until meat is tender. Drain excess fat. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese for topping and pasta. Simmer the mixture. Cook pasta until barely tender; drain pasta and mix with the sauce. Pour all into 3-quart rectangular glass baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serves 6.
