Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2/3 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 5 Tbsp
  • sage - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • cans tomato sauce
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • dry bread crumbs - 2/3 c
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • hamburg

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Sauce:2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce2/3 c. brown sugar juice of 2 lemons dash of salt1 onion, chopped Mix meatball ingredients; form into balls and brown in deep skillet. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes.
