Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1/2 item
- 4 oz - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1/2 item
- slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled - 8 item
- ground ham - 3 4
- 9-inch pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
- evaporated canned milk - 1 c
How to make quiche:
Brush pie shell with small amount of the beaten eggs. Prick bottom and sides with fork. If using metal pan, bake shell in preheated 450° oven until golden brown, about 5 minutes. If using glass pie plate, bake shell at 425°. Cool on wire rack.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
