Punch bowl cake

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 2 oz
• milk - 4 c
• Cool Whip - 1 item
• hot water - 1 c
• box yellow cake mix - 1 item
• instant vanilla pudding
• small boxes strawberry Jell-O - 2 item

How to make punch bowl cake:

Bake cake as directed on box. Bake in 2 round cake pans. Let cool. Mix pudding according to directions; set aside. Mix 1 cup hot water with Jell-O. Add frozen strawberries to Jell-O, then layer as follows in punch bowl: 1/2 pudding, 1 cake round, 1/2 strawberry and Jell-O mixture, 1 cake round, remaining strawberry and Jell-O mixture, then the remaining pudding. Put Cool Whip on top. Garnish with nuts and strawberry halves.
