Ice cream dessert

Ingredients/Components

• Rice Chex, crushed - 3 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• coconut - 1 c
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• vanilla ice cream - 2 qt

How to make ice cream dessert:

Mix first 4 ingredients. Put 2/3 on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Slice and smooth ice cream on top of mix. (Ice cream should be softened.) Add remaining 1/3 of mix on top. Freeze.
