Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/4 c
  • small marshmallows - 1 c
  • nuts - 1 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 pkg
  • hot water - 2 c
  • instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • 7-Up - 2 c
  • bananas, cut up - 2 c
  • mandarin oranges - 1 c
  • diced apples - 1 c
  • small boxes lemon Jell-O - 2 item

How to make 7-up salad:

Combine the Jell-O with the hot water. Mix in the 7-Up. When partially jelled, add the apples, marshmallows, pineapple, oranges, bananas and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. When set top with the pudding mixed with milk. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread over salad. Sprinkle with nuts.
