Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pumpkin - 2 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- graham crackers, crushed - 1 c
- envelope plain gelatin - 1 item
- medium size carton Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pumpkin torte:
Cook first 6 ingredients over low heat until bubbly. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cool water. Add to pumpkin mixture and cool. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and melted butter; press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Beat 2 eggs; add 3/4 cup sRecipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
