Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • oleo, melted - 1/2 c
  • graham crackers, crushed - 24 item
  • cooked, mashed pumpkin - 2 c

How to make pumpkin torte:

Cook until thick. Cool. Add 1 envelope Knox gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add 1/4 cup sugar. Fold into cooled pumpkin mixture. Pour into baked crust and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
