Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- oleo, melted - 1/2 c
- graham crackers, crushed - 24 item
- cooked, mashed pumpkin - 2 c
How to make pumpkin torte:
Cook until thick. Cool. Add 1 envelope Knox gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add 1/4 cup sugar. Fold into cooled pumpkin mixture. Pour into baked crust and chill. Serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
