Beer batter

Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• oil - 1/4 c
• egg - 1 item
• beer - 1/2 c
• seasoned salt to taste - 1 item

How to make beer batter:

Mix first three ingredients together. Beat egg until lemon color, pour into mixture and add beer. More flour may be used if thicker texture is wanted. Mix together until well blended.

Alaskan recipe for deep frying fish. Very good!
