Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 3 beaten
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp

- powdered sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. margarine2 tsp. vanilla Mix all cake ingredients together; stir well. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.Mix all filling ingredients; beat until smooth. Cut cake into 3 even pieces. Frost with filling mixture and stack on top of each other.
