Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- ginger - 1 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese4 Tbsp. margarine2 tsp. vanilla Sprinkle towel with powdered sugar. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheet. Put wax paper on cookie sheet; grease wax paper. Beat eggs on high speed of mixer for 5 minutes. Beat in sugar and pumpkin. Add other ingredients. Pour into pan. Put nuts on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Take out of oven; turn out onto powdered sugar towel. Roll up with towel. Unroll. Put filling on cake. Roll up without towel.Filling: Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
