Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice
How to make pumpkin roll:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Pour onto a 15 x 10 x 1-inch cookie sheet. Top with chopped nuts.
